If you find a news article that you want to share (seed) on Runnerspace, here's how you do it.

Go to the "News" tab.

Click "Seed News"

Drag the blue button to your bookmarks bar.

Now, when you're on any site with a news article that you want to seed, just click your newly installed button on your browser, and it will open a pop up window. Here you can copy some content from the original article, categorize it, and seed it!
